I know this isn't as clear as I'd like, but the orange clusters are ladybug eggs that will hatch in just a few days. It's hard holding a camera above your head and trying to focus. Plus I enlarged the photo, the clusters are small. There are many of them on the trees in my yard at school.
Look how big the caterpillar's are getting. I expect cocooning soon.
