Waiting

I read this during my devotions, it makes sense. Sometimes it is hard to wait upon the Lord. There are lessons to be learned, Jacob learned the hard way.

Genesis 29:16-28 Genesis 30:25-33

"They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint" (Isa. 40:31).

Jacob had to work for 14 years for Laban after marrying Leah and then Rachel, yet God still blessed him ~ but it was a hard lesson.
